This includes removing floor finishes, suspended ceilings, partition walls, glazed partitions, doors, windows, furniture, kitchen and sanitary facilities, as well as mechanical and electrical systems, including data and security infrastructure.
Ensuring Health and Safety compliance with construction site CDM regulations is integral to our working practices. We take all the necessary precautions and provide the relevant documents such as RAMS, inductions, certificates for isolation works and waste transfer notes as required.

Innova’s strip out procedure commences with a make safe of all, gas, water and electrical supplies. We carefully remove all items that can be re-used and locate them to nearby locations. For items that are no longer required along with redundant fixtures and fittings, we ensure safe disposal through the appropriate channels. Upon completion of our strip-out process, the space is left fully prepared for the next phase of the build.
