Furniture & installation service
At Innova we specialise in both new build or refurbishment projects, offering a comprehensive furniture and installation service. Architect or contractor led projects
Interior projects where an architect or main contractor are overseeing the work, Innova’s site supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager and follow their on-site procedures for the furniture Install. To achieve optimal results our preference is to ensure first fix services, flooring, lighting, and decoration are completed prior to the furniture installation. Throughout the project, we conduct regular site visits and diligently maintain records, to uphold our high standards of workmanship and ensure a successful project completion.
Comprehensive turnkey solution
Over the years we have successfully completed many integrated design and build projects for clients. By assuming the roles of both designer and contractor we strategically plan to overlap phases, streamline project delivery and communication, manage risks, save costs and ensure a faster project delivery outcome.
