At Innova we prioritise the protection of our products during the entire delivery process. To achieve this, we take extra precautions when preparing and packaging furniture and fittings to minimise any damage during, loading, shipping, un-loading and dismantling on site.
Accurate measurement of every item taken before packing, allows us to determine the optimal weight and the most suitable delivery method. Our products are securely packed using bubble wrap, foam, corner wraps, with layers of soft protection, and then carefully boxed and pallet wrapped for shipping.
We work with reliable courier partners who ensure safe and secure, direct delivery to our LIVE sites across the UK.
