The bay design is a popular arrangement featuring a series of bays equipped with domestic catering facilities. Two hob/sink units are positioned facing one another across the peninsular.
The bay workstations serve to divide the space into smaller distinct kitchens areas, making it easier for the teacher to supervise smaller, more focused student groups.
This design optimises the utilisation of both the central floor and perimeter space, making it highly efficient for accommodating large group of students during teaching sessions.

Additionally mobile tables can be integrated at the end of the bay to provide extra workspace and they can also be easily re-configured into a classroom arrangement for theory lessons.
