Once the design has been approved, our estimating team will provide a fully itemised quotation for your project, covering all aspects, including materials, manufacture, supply and fitting (as applicable), ensuring transparency and clarity, helping you stay focused on your budget right from the start.
Furthermore, if your project requires specialist products such as fume cupboards, HVAC systems, DT & AV equipment, chemical and storage cupboards, loose furniture and more, we take responsibility of sourcing these items for you, keeping you focused on your budget from the onset.

Design & build projects tender quotations
In the case of design and build tender projects our quotes are typically based on the Bill of Quantity supplied by the client. Alternatively we can perform a take-off from the drawings provided where applicable. Should you require a more detailed breakdown of costs to enhance clarity and comprehension we can provide these as well.
